Kate Garth

Kate Garth is a Broker at Anderson Creek Realty.  After
spending her earliest years as a military child, Kate's parents settled
in Ohio, where she attended the University of Cincinnati and
received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Military Science. 
Kate has been Active Duty Army since she commissioned in 2011.  After
relocating to Fort Bragg in 2018 and moving to Anderson Creek Club, she
took her lifelong interest in real estate and love for her community to
the next level by joining the Anderson Creek Realty family.

Kate is a mother, wife, Soldier, and proud member of the Anderson Creek
Club community.  Her work ethic and passion for helping others allow her
to assist both buyers and sellers in all stages of the exciting journey
of homeownership.
