Karen Hudson serves as the Vice President of Marketing and the Closing Coordinator at Anderson Creek Realty. A licensed real estate Broker/Realtor®, Karen brings over two decades of industry experience to her multifaceted role. Originally from Ithaca, New York, she began her real estate career in 2002 after proudly serving in the U.S. Army. Her military service brought her to Texas, where she transitioned into real estate, specializing in property management and relocation services.

In 2014, Karen relocated to Spring Lake, North Carolina, and joined Anderson Creek Realty, where she has been instrumental in driving marketing strategies and ensuring smooth transaction closings for clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and is a proud Army Veteran and mother of two.
