Mona Rabin

With over 50-years in direct sales, Mona Rabin is an on-site Realtor and Broker Associate at Anderson Creek Club where she has provided her working knowledge of the premier gated community for over 10-years. Her vast experience has earned the confidence and many long standing relationships with a preferred list of builders, mortgage brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors who have all come to rely on her expertise of all the diverse neighborhoods under the Anderson Creek Club umbrella.

While her outstanding tenure at Anderson Creek Club has resulted in hundreds and hundreds of home buy/sale transactions, most importantly to Mona is the mutual trust and countless friendships that were formed along the way with clients who ultimately became a part of the ACC family.

Prior to joining the incredible team of ACC Realtors, Mona served as a business manager in the cosmetic industry for 14-years representing major national brands including Estee Lauder and Clinique. An active community advocate, she has also spent countless hours working with the GFWC Chartered Women’s Club, Lions Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars Women’s Auxiliary, and the American Red Cross.

Mona’s husband, a Colonel (Retired) North Carolina State Senator and Vietnam Veteran, increased her intimate knowledge of military affairs which made her transition to Anderson Creek Club a natural fit - as the military-friendly community is just under 10 miles from Fort Bragg. As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Mona takes pride in helping military families relocate to the Fort Bragg area and work through the complexities of VA loans and make sure they are able to take advantage of the unique loan incentives offered. Her work with military at ACC has also been recognized with various awards and honors including the Department of the Army Certificate of Appreciation, as well as Assistant Buyer of the Year and Buyer of the Year from Henderson Hall Base Exchange.
